Ben’s serves up his award winning Mesoamerican live at Bar Takito. Two of the great Mesoamerican peoples are represented in this harmonious pairing of Mayan coconut liqueur and Aztec chocolate bitters. Color and spice are added by using vodka infused with dried cascabel peppers. The resulting martini is a bourbon-colored elixir with an earthy nose.
